Michael McCabe

Michael McCabe has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Michael started their career as a Developer at Sagem Securité Ireland in 2008 and then worked as a Tech Lead at Mail online from 2010 to 2013. Michael then served as the Head of Technology at Headspace Meditation in 2013. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Senior Developer at Mediaocean. In 2016 and 2017, they worked at essensys as a Tech Lead, responsible for building and leading a development team. Michael then worked as a Senior Java Developer at Oddschecker from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, they joined Nutmeg as a Senior Software Engineer. Prior to their current role, they worked at Lean Technologies as a Founding Engineer from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they are an Engineering Manager at Paytrix.

Michael McCabe attended St. Patrick's Pontifical University in Maynooth from 1990 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Experimental Physics & Mathematics. Michael then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Infra-red and Sub-millimetre Radio Telescopy from St. Patrick's College in Maynooth, from 1994 to 1996.
