Akshara Madugula

Akshara Madugula has work experience in various roles and companies. Akshara currently works at PayU as a Lead Program Manager, where they are responsible for project management and delivery, governance of authentication platform, and conducting monthly service reviews. Previously, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at PayU, focusing on software development and consulting for issuers. Akshara also has experience as a Shadow Mentee at Centre for Teacher Accreditation (CENTA) and as an Intern at Kraftshala. Akshara began their career as an Associate Software Engineer at Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions and as a Trainee at Infosys.

Akshara Madugula completed a Post Graduate Certificate Program in Management Practice & Leadership from The Vedica Scholars Programme for Women from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from SRM University, which they attended from 2014 to 2018. Akshara also holds additional certifications in various fields, such as IndustryCreds from Kraftshala in 2021 and Servicenow Admin from ServiceNow in 2016.
