Fabio Riveros has worked in a variety of roles since 2016. Fabio began their career at IBM as a GTS, Solutions, Del & Transf, where they conducted market analysis for potential business opportunities and their respective sales results based on CRM, Pipeline & Backlog, analyzed sales flows to generate efficiency in decision-making, and conducted analytics and cognitive analysis for the evaluation of partners as strategic partners for both new and existing clients. In 2017, they moved to Easy Taxi as an Analista de planificación financiera. In 2018, they joined Cabify as a Global Sales Planner. In 2021, they became the Head of Commercial Operations at Betterfly and the Sales Operations Manager at Zubale. Most recently, in 2022, they took on the role of Sales Ops & Enablement Manager at Fairplay.

Fabio Riveros completed a degree in Business Administration from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana between 2009 and 2014, with a focus on general sales, commercial promotion, and related marketing activities, as well as general business administration and management. Fabio also holds a certification from Embassy English in Toronto, Canada.
