Esther Siles is a seasoned professional in account management and business development with extensive experience in diverse markets including EMEA and LATAM. Currently serving as a Senior Global Account Manager at PayU since December 2020, Esther focuses on managing VIP merchants, conducting regular meetings, driving new sales, and enhancing merchant performance to meet Gross Margin targets. Prior to this role, Esther held a Senior Key Account Manager position at PayU for local merchants in Colombia, and has significant experience as a Sales Executive for Global Plastics, LLC overseeing B2B business expansion across Africa, Asia, and Europe. Additionally, Esther has held key sales roles at CNV Construcciones and The Adecco Group, specializing in the Life Sciences sector and large B2B deals.
