Ibifaa MacLayton

Ibifaa Maclayton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, partnerships, and business development across various sectors in Africa. Currently serving as the Commercial Manager at PayU GPO since July 2024, Maclayton previously held the role of Head of Sales and Partnership at Fincra for one year. At MetaMap from November 2021 to May 2023, Maclayton executed growth strategies and managed contract negotiations as an Enterprise/Mid-market Account Manager. Earlier positions include Partnerships & Business Development Manager at Interswitch Group, where Maclayton managed relationships with financial service providers and developed digital payment strategies. Maclayton's career began at DAAR Communications Plc as a Media Planner and included roles in human resources and legislative internship. An alumnus of Wisconsin International University College, Maclayton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Computer Studies.
