Orit Federlein-Doodai

Orit Federlein-Doodai has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and business development. Orit currently serves as the Head of HR for EMEA at PayU, where they lead HR functions for the Israel site and the Global Tech & Product departments across the EMEA region. Prior to joining PayU, Orit was the Head of HR for Wiser Solutions, Inc., overseeing HR strategy and operations in Israel. Orit also served as the VP of Business Development at Relocation Source, managing a global team for relocation consultation and global employment solutions. Furthermore, Orit has experience in executive search, having worked as a Partner at Keyotta - Executive Search Boutique and as a Senior Account Executive at HTR Global Executive Search Company. Orit began their career at INTEL, where they held roles as a Program Manager and as a Training and Organizational Development Account Manager at Intel University Global Operation.

Orit Federlein-Doodai earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Sociology from the University of Haifa. Orit then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Organizational Sociology from the same university.
