Dolores D. Dudiak

As director of Human Resources at Federated Hermes, Inc., Dolores Dudiak is responsible for strategic human-capital management. She ensures that Federated Hermes’ policies, procedures and programs serve to attract, retain and invest in the company’s workforce consistent with business objectives as a global leader in active, responsible investing. Dolores also is responsible for total compensation management, employment services/employee relations, organization development and human resources information management. She has been with Federated Hermes since 1985.
