Vishal Singh

Vishal Singh serves as the Director of HR at PayU, specializing in technology, product, data, and sales since July 2022, where responsibilities include business and strategic partnering, performance management, talent review, and organizational development. Prior to this role, Vishal was the Head of Talent Management and Acquisition at Bata Group for a brief period, focusing on talent review processes and leadership development initiatives. From March 2015 to December 2021, Vishal held multiple HR leadership positions at Hero MotoCorp Ltd, overseeing talent management, diversity and inclusion, employer branding, and serving as HR Business Partner for various functions, including quality and R&D. Earlier experience includes a stint as a Human Resource Business Partner at Tata Consultancy Services. Vishal Singh holds an MBA in Human Resources from the International Management Institute and a Bachelor of Technology from the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, complemented by a Management Development Program in Organizational Leadership from the Institute of Management Technology.
