Dinesvaren Krishnan has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Dinesvaren started their career at Standard Chartered Bank as a Service Banker from July 2009 to September 2010. After that, they worked at American Express as a Customer Service Professional from December 2010 to November 2011, resolving financial and non-financial inquiries.

In December 2011, they joined Singapore Airlines as a Customer Service Representative, where they assisted customers with ticketing, flight status, and loyalty programs. Dinesvaren also handled baggage, processed reservations, and conducted internal audits to ensure compliance with procedures and standards.

From March 2014 to November 2016, Dinesvaren worked at DHL Express as a Customer Service Advisor on the After Hours Team. Dinesvaren served as a team leader, provided in-depth support after business hours, and handled worldwide customer queries.

Currently, Dinesvaren is working at Paywatch as an Operations Manager. Dinesvaren developed the operations team and SOPs, oversaw daily operations, implemented lean principles to improve productivity, and managed departmental budgets.

Dinesvaren Krishnan completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Open University Malaysia. Dinesvaren attended the university from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Polytechnic Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah from 2006 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Dinesvaren Krishnan obtained a certification in Personal Data Protection (PDPA) & Data Security (DSS) from Jirnexu in July 2017.
