George Matua

George Matua currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at PayWay since March 2024. Previously, George held the position of Director at Rubberon Uganda Limited from August 2016 to 2019 and was the Managing Director at African Vending Systems Ltd. from July 2010 to May 2017. George's earlier experience includes serving as Site Manager at UTair Aviation from November 2005 to February 2011, and as Technical Director at African Vending Systems from 2009 to 2011. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Law from Tyumen State Institute of World Economics, Management and Law, a Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Enterprise Java Development from Виакадемия, an Accounting Essentials Career Diploma from Penn Foster Group, and continuous education in Computer Science at the University of Manitoba.
