David Turner is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in technology management and software delivery. Currently serving as Head of Engineering at Yaspa since August 2025, David previously held the position of Director of Engineering at White Label Loyalty and was the Chief Technology Officer at Glean, where significant growth and team culture initiatives were implemented. Prior roles include CEO of Codera Ltd, where high-quality software delivery teams were established, and various leadership positions at William Hill, Erudine, BT, Synergy Projects Ltd, and EMIS. David possesses a deep understanding of software development, team management, and business strategy, supported by a solid educational background from Brunel University of London and the University of Reading.
