Kai Rui Hsu

Kai Rui Hsu has work experience with multiple companies and roles. In 2013, they worked as a Software Engineer for E.sun Financial Holding Co., Ltd until 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they served as a Software Engineer for First Commercial Bank (FCB). In 2021, Kai joined Citizen as a Senior Backend Developer, where they developed and maintained API endpoints for a cardless payment platform and implemented continuous integration using Jenkins on Amazon EC2.

Kai Rui Hsu completed a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Arizona State University from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2012, Kai Rui Hsu pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science and Information Engineering from National Cheng Kung University. In addition to these educational qualifications, Kai Rui Hsu has obtained various certifications. These include "Object Oriented Programming in Java" from Coursera in July 2021, "AWS Fundamentals: Going Cloud-Native" from Coursera-elearning in June 2021, "AWS IoT: Developing and Deploying an Internet of Things" from Coursera in June 2021, "Facial Expression Recognition with Keras" from Coursera in May 2021, and "SCJP (Sun Certified Java Programmer)" from Sun Microsystems in May 2018.
