Katie Bush

Katie Bush has over 30 years of experience in the retail and payments industries. Katie began their career in 1991 as a VP Store Manager for Macy's Department Stores Inc., where they managed total 4-wall accountability including sales, expenses, productivity and EBIT performance for multiple locations ranging in volume from $35-50 million. Katie then progressed to VP Divisional Merchandise Manager and VP Divisional Director Planning, where they developed location plans and strategies for 79 locations and managed merchandise floor plan execution process and vendor shop installations. In 2003, they transitioned to Business Process Director at Macy's, where they led acquisition, merger, and consolidation efforts across multiple operating divisions and business units overseeing and defining business intelligence solutions. Katie then joined FleetCor Technologies, Inc. in 2011 as the Director Global Universal Products, where they defined and executed new product development strategies to create a universal proprietary credit card processing system. In 2014, they joined TSYS as Business Development and Strategy, where they achieved double-digit year-over-year revenue growth through deep knowledge of the B2B and Virtual Card market. Katie then progressed to Associate Director Product and Strategy, where they were responsible for product development and delivering innovative solutions. In 2022, they joined Extend as VP Product Management, Bank Solutions.
