Manuel Rosemberg

Manuel Rosemberg is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Director General de ANA since July 2021, Manuel leads a technological platform for home healthcare operators aimed at cost-effective business growth. As the Founder and Director General of Paz Mental, established in June 2015, Manuel specializes in the care and rehabilitation of patients with cognitive impairments and dementia. Additionally, Manuel founded Camino Copalita in April 2015, focusing on immersive tourism in the Sierra Sur of Oaxaca. Previously, Manuel was the Director at RAMP Carbon from March 2010 to June 2015, providing expert advisory services in carbon markets and clean energy. Earlier work experience includes the role of Country Manager at Cool nrg and Director at EarthShell. Manuel holds a BS in Operations Research and Environmental Engineering from Columbia University and studied at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
