Eti Birnshtock

Eti Birnshtock is an experienced Human Resources Manager with a significant background in the oil and industrial sectors. Currently serving at Paz Oil Company since June 2009, Eti oversees all HR functions for a major refinery, including recruitment, organizational development, training, compensation, and welfare. Prior to this role, Eti held the position of Human Resources Manager at Rotex 1980 Ltd. from 2005 to 2009. Eti holds a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Bar-Ilan University.
