Patricia Goldschmidt is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in banking, financial, commercial law, and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as an Advogada at pbbr - Law Firm since December 2018 and as a consultant at Vasconcelos Arruda & Associados since October 2017, Patricia specializes in financial, commercial, and regulatory legal matters. Previously, from 2001 to 2017, Patricia held the position of Central Director of Compliance and Legal Departments at HAITONG/BESI, overseeing legal and compliance teams across multiple international locations. Earlier in Patricia's career, roles included Deputy Director of the Legal Department at BESI and technical positions at CMVM, along with a robust academic foundation from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, where a Licentiate degree in Law was obtained.
