Samuel Dubois

Samuel Dubois has a diverse background in human resources, with experience spanning both the private and public sectors. Samuel is currently working as the Director of People & Culture at PBC Solutions, where they are responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support the company's growth. Prior to this, Samuel held various roles at the District of Saanich, including Acting Sr Manager of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager. During their time there, they played a key role in the development of programs and strategies to support the organization's 1400+ staff. Samuel also has experience in the education sector, having served as the Director of Human Resources at INSA Rennes, where they led the People & Culture strategy and collaborated with other institutions.
