Stanja Frenette

Stanja Frenette has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Starting in 1990, Frenette worked as a Senior System Analyst at Bell Aliant until 1999. From 1999 to 2003, they held the position of Process Improvement Manager at BC Hydro. Then, at Accenture, Frenette served as a Workforce Planning Manager in the Customer Service department from 2003 to 2005. Returning to BC Hydro in 2005, they worked as a Contract Manager and later as a Residential Segment Manager until 2007. Following that, Frenette held the role of Service Delivery Manager at Accenture in 2007-2008. From 2009 to 2010, Frenette served as the President of Leet Consulting. In 2010, they joined Pacific Blue Cross, where they had various roles, including Manager, Claims Services (2010-2015), Director, Claims Services (2015-2018), and Associate Vice President, Operations (2018-2022). Frenette also served as a Member of the Enterprise Risk Committee, a Trustee of the Pacific Blue Cross & CUPE Local 1816 Joint Retiree Benefits Trust, and a Complaint Officer responsible for consumer complaint handling policy and resolution. Their most recent position is as the Senior Vice President of Operations and CSO at PBC Solutions, starting in 2022.

Stanja Frenette attended NBCC (New Brunswick Community College) from 1997 to 1998, where they pursued a degree in Business Information Technology with a focus on Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology.
