Joe Greenfield

Joe Greenfield serves as the Corporate HSE Director for PBF Energy, where responsibilities include enhancing health, safety, environmental, emergency response, and security programs across six refineries. With extensive experience in process safety and regulatory compliance, Joe has previously held roles such as Process Safety Manager at PBF Energy and Environmental Coordinator at DuPont Chambers Works. Prior positions at Valero Energy Corporation included Senior Environmental Engineer and Process Safety Engineer, focusing on various HSE compliance activities. Joe began their career as a Site Supervisor and Water and Waste Water Consultant at BetzDearborn. An alumnus of Drexel University, Joe holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering and served in the United States Marine Corps, participating in key operations during the early 1990s.
