Will Messick

Will Messick is a seasoned professional in the refinery and chemical process industry with over 20 years of experience. Currently serving as a Senior Lab Technician and previously as a Refinery Operator at PBF Energy since October 2011, Will has also contributed to the Delaware City Refinery Fire Brigade, Hazmat Team, and Oil Spill Response Team. Prior to PBF Energy, Will worked at Sunoco from January 2003 to October 2011 as a Control Board Operator at the Ethylene Unit and was qualified in the Ethylene Unit, Sulfuric Acid Alkylation Unit, and Gas Plant operations. Will studied Chemical Operator Process Technology at Delaware Technical Community College from 2008 to 2012 and furthered education at Wilmington University from 2013 to 2015.
