Albert Jaoude is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in restaurant management and IT consulting. As the owner of Cock and Bowl Belgian Bistro since August 2019, Albert has created a welcoming European bistro experience in Occoquan. In addition, Albert has served as an IT CPIC Subject Matter Expert and Portfolio Management consultant at PBG Consulting LLC since 2016, providing critical support to government clients on project documentation, financial analysis, and performance metrics.
