James McMillan

James McMillan is an experienced research specialist currently employed at PBI Research Services since August 2021, where responsibilities include conducting high-volume online research and ensuring quality control of findings. McMillan previously held the same role at PBI Research Services from October 2020 to December 2020. Prior to this, McMillan served in various information management positions at PREIT from April 2005 to June 2020, including Information Architect, Senior Information Management Analyst, and Information Management Analyst, focusing on managing digital documents, administering SharePoint sites, and conducting records management initiatives. Earlier experience includes a teaching position as an 8th Grade Civics teacher at Martinsville City Public Schools in 2003-2004. McMillan holds a Dual M.S. in Information Systems and Library & Information Science from Drexel University and a B.A. in History from William & Mary.
