Additionally, Brian has been the Manager of the Employment Testing Department at the Personnel Board of Jefferson County since May 2003, overseeing a team of 20 professionals and a paraprofessional in managing employment testing for a large civil service system. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, all obtained from Auburn University between 1987 and 1999.
