Lafayette Holmes DNP, CRNP, ANP-C, MPH is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and public health. Currently serving as an Adult Nurse Practitioner at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs since April 2021, Lafayette also holds the position of Clinical Nurse Practitioner at the Personnel Board of Jefferson County since May 2012. Additionally, Lafayette has been a Nurse Practitioner at Middle Creek Medical Center since 2000 and served as a Nursing Instructor at ITT Technical Institute from June 2011 to May 2012.
