LaTrenda Hardy, MPA, IPMA-SCP, serves as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at the Personnel Board of Jefferson County since July 2017, while also contributing as an Adjunct Instructor in public administration and human resources at The University of Alabama College of Continuing Studies since 2015. Academically, LaTrenda Hardy holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration from The University of Alabama.
