Latrenda Hardy

LaTrenda Hardy, MPA, IPMA-SCP, serves as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at the Personnel Board of Jefferson County since July 2017, while also contributing as an Adjunct Instructor in public administration and human resources at The University of Alabama College of Continuing Studies since 2015. Previous experience includes roles as a Human Resources Coordinator for the City of Austin and as a Human Resources Generalist for the City of Tuscaloosa. LaTrenda Hardy also held various leadership positions, including President, Vice President, and Treasurer, with the Tuscaloosa - SHRM Chapter from 2006 to 2010. Academically, LaTrenda Hardy holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration from The University of Alabama.
