Olga Ivanova

Olga Ivanova is a senior researcher with extensive experience in regional economic analysis and environmental policy. At Planbureau voor de Leefomgeving since June 2015, Olga has led various research projects, including assessing the economic growth of European regions and improving air quality in cities as part of Horizon 2020 initiatives. Prior to that, Olga worked at TNO from September 2008 to June 2015, engaging in European Commission service contracts and research projects focused on environmental accounting and resource efficiency. Additional research experience includes roles at Transport & Mobility Leuven, Université Libre de Bruxelles, and the Institute of Transport Economics. Olga holds a Ph.D. in Economics and two Master's degrees in Environmental and Development Economics and Financial Economics from the University of Oslo and Saint Petersburg State University respectively.
