Timo Maas

Timo Maas is a researcher with a focus on the intersection of environment and international development, currently affiliated with PBL Planbureau voor de Leefomgeving since January 2019. This role involves enhancing the science-policy interface with the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
