Timo Maas

Timo Maas is a researcher with a focus on the intersection of environment and international development, currently affiliated with PBL Planbureau voor de Leefomgeving since January 2019. This role involves enhancing the science-policy interface with the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Prior experience includes a position at the Rathenau Instituut from February 2017 to January 2019, analyzing the geography of innovation in the Netherlands.
