Saurabh Jain

Saurabh Jain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital marketing and customer relationship management. Currently serving as Team Lead - CRM at PBPartners since November 2022, Saurabh previously held the position of Team Lead - Email Marketing at OPK E SERVICES from March 2022 to November 2022, where responsibilities included the creation and management of email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Saurabh co-founded the Delhi Startup Network from July 2018 to February 2021 and has held various roles in digital marketing, including Senior Executive in Marketing and Customer Delivery at Shiksha.com and Digital Marketing Executive at bakerybite.com. Earlier in the career, Saurabh gained valuable experience in business intelligence reporting at Tata Consultancy Services. Saurabh holds a PGDM in Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology, Delhi.
