Burke Kupkee is a seasoned professional in customer care and IT service management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Care Specialist at PBS Systems Inc. since May 2017. With a strong focus on client satisfaction, Burke manages service delivery reviews and performs gap analyses to identify technical needs and process improvements. Previous roles include Group Lead for the IT Service Desk at Sanjel Canada Ltd., where Burke oversaw a team supporting IT issues with a high volume of contacts, and Service Desk Lead at Precision Drilling. Burke has also held positions at Hewlett-Packard and Telvent, providing leadership and operational support across various IT service teams. Burke's education includes studies at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology and Woodroffe High School.
