Melissa Austin has a diverse background, with experience in various industries such as real estate, customer care, technical writing, and library services. Currently working as a Program (Traffic) Assistant at PBS Utah, Melissa also has experience as a Reference Librarian at Salt Lake Community College and as a Licensed Real Estate Assistant at Cornerstone Real Estate Professionals. Melissa has a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from Emporia State University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing from Utah State University.
