Kathy Bissen

Kathy Bissen has extensive experience in public broadcasting, serving as the Associate Director and Chief Operating Officer at PBS Wisconsin since October 1989. In addition to this role, Kathy has also held the position of Associate Director and Director of Production at Wisconsin Public Television, contributing to the leadership and production efforts within the organization.
