Katherine Ambrose is a highly accomplished professional in the real estate and senior services sectors. Currently serving as America’s Senior Home Coach™ at Senior Home Coach™, LLC since May 2024, Katherine also hosts and produces a weekly PBS program called Empowering Seniors, which draws from the popular Empowered Senior seminars and workshops that Katherine leads nationwide. As the founder and executive director of Empowered Senior, a 501c3 organization, Katherine focuses on enhancing the lives of seniors through education and support. With extensive experience in real estate, Katherine has held various roles, including CEO and REALTOR® at Ambrose Team Inc since 1996, and has been pivotal as a Senior Real Estate Specialist® and local founder at Keller Williams Realty, Inc since 2003. Katherine's achievements include ranking in the Top 1% of Keller Williams Realty members worldwide in 2016 and training over 600 Realtors as the Operating Principal for Keller Williams Hometown Partners LLC. With a strong educational background, Katherine has pursued studies at multiple colleges, including Wichita State University.
