Nico Fischer

Nico Fischer currently serves as a Student Reporting Fellow and Podcast Host at PBS, commencing in December 2023. Prior experience includes a Social Services Summer Intern position at the County of Santa Clara in July 2025 and a Summer Research Intern role at Stanford Law School focused on climate and energy policy in May 2025, which involved research on California's cap-and-trade system and a statewide climate Universal Basic Income. Nico Fischer is expected to graduate from Santa Clara High School in June 2026.
