Olga Howard is currently an Information Architect II at PBS, focusing on enhancing the discoverability of high-value enterprise information for audiences. Olga previously worked as an Information Architect and Innovation Manager at PBS, managing the Metadata for Content Discovery program. Olga also has experience as a Service Design Lead at Fjord, a Design Manager at American Express, a UX Manager at Capital One, and a Director of UX at Apollo Matrix, Inc. With a background in customer insight research, product innovation, and user experience architecture, Olga has a diverse skill set in creating seamless customer experiences.
