Courtney Jahn Crisc, Cism

Courtney Jahn, CRISC, CISM, CISSP, currently serves as the Chief Information Officer and Physical Security Officer (SVP) at PB&T Bank since December 2021, overseeing technology modernization and advancement initiatives. Previously, Courtney held multiple roles at National Exchange Bank & Trust from January 2007 to December 2021, including Enterprise Risk Manager and Chief Information Security Officer, directly reporting to the President and Board of Directors on governance, compliance, and risk management. Courtney also served as Chief Information Officer and Information Technology Officer in earlier roles at the same institution. Prior experience includes positions as Network Engineer at Wauwatosa Savings Bank and Systems Engineer at CompuCom. Courtney's academic achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Management Systems with a focus on Network Management and an Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Milwaukee School of Engineering, complemented by a diploma focused on Electronics from Oconomowoc High School.
