Alwyn Oosthuizen started their work experience in 2007 as a Senior Specialist at Mindworx Consulting, where they focused on recruitment, process, and business development. In 2009, they worked as an HR Consultant and Resource Manager on a contract basis for Bankserv. From 2011 to 2013, they served as Divisional Manager of IT at Networkers International. In 2014, they joined IQbusiness South Africa as a Senior Account Executive and later moved into the role of Head of Recruitment and Talent Management. Currently, since 2020, they hold the position of Head of Talent at PBT Group.
From 1998 to 2001, Alwyn Oosthuizen attended the University of KwaZulu-Natal, where they earned a Bachelor of Social Science in Media, Communication, and Psychology.
