Nicole is responsible for leading the administrative side of PC including sales, external relations and human resources. Nicole is a relationship-based leader, developing and supporting her teams to reach their maximum potential. She serves as the liaison to the Board of Directors and strengthens the company’s brand by guiding communications, strategic marketing and corporate social responsibility.
