Abhik Sam

Abhik Sam has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the IT industry. Abhik began their career at Computer Aided Services & Hardware (CASH) as a Hardware Networking Engineer, where they handled project site offices and maintained LAN networks. Abhik then worked at Mirage Publication as a Hardware Engineer & Project Incharge. Later, they joined Master Mind as a Hardware & Network Engineer, where they handled customer relations and served as a hardware faculty for training courses.

In 2008, Abhik joined Mediacom as a Hardware Network Engineer, where they were responsible for handling customers and overseeing the concern's AMC's. Abhik also served as a hardware faculty for the RCLD's course taught at the company. Abhik then moved to Wipro Limited, where they held roles like Technical Support Associate, Senior Technical Support Associate, Subject Matter Expert, and finally, Team Leader, managing a team of 20-35 people for the UK Telecom Company Talk Talk and driving key metrics.

Currently, Abhik is working at PC Solutions as the Head of Service Delivery, overseeing service delivery operations. Abhik also held the role of Project Manager at PC Solutions from 2016-2022.

Overall, Abhik Sam has extensive experience in IT operations, project management, and customer service, enabling him to bring a diverse skillset to their current role as Head of Service Delivery.

Abhik Sam completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the Indian School of Business Management and Administration. Abhik attended the institution from 2012 to 2015. In addition, Abhik has obtained several certifications, including Microsoft Project 2019 from Simplilearn in November 2022, FRP Foundation Associate Mission from Microsoft in April 2022, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in December 2019.
