Radhika Lipton

Radhika Lipton is currently the Chief Risk Officer at PCBB, where they lead the risk management function to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices. With over 30 years of experience in risk management, compliance, and regulatory oversight, Radhika has held significant roles at institutions such as Citigroup, Wedbush Bank, and Sunwest Bank. They founded RADD LLC and served as Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at Mambu prior to their current position. Radhika is dedicated to fostering a strong risk culture and empowering community financial institutions. They hold a BA from California State University and have been actively engaged in the financial sector since 1983.
