Fran McDonald

Fran McDonald is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience at PCC Community Markets since April 2008, currently holding the title of Senior Marketing Manager for Programs and Promotions. In this role, Fran leads collaborations with the merchandising team to develop seasonal retail programs that enhance the in-store experience and generate revenue through an omnichannel vendor marketing strategy. Previous positions at the co-op include Promotions Manager, Retail Marketing Program Manager, In-store Events and Promotions Specialist, and Marketing and Membership Administrator, showcasing a progressive career in promotional strategy and execution. Additionally, Fran has coaching experience with basketball teams, serving as Head Girls JV Basketball Coach at Roosevelt High School and working with various basketball clubs and institutes from 2009 to 2012.
