Justine Johnson

Justine Johnson has extensive experience in the retail sector, primarily at PCC Community Markets from June 1993 to March 2016, where roles included Senior Director of Merchandising, Center Store Director, and Store Director. As Senior Director, Justine led merchandising, procurement, business planning, and team resource allocation for all merchandising departments. In the Center Store Director position, Justine oversaw the Grocery, Health and Body Care, and Beer and Wine departments, providing leadership to merchandisers and collaborating with store management. As Store Director, Justine mentored a staff of up to 150 and ensured the execution of high-standard store operations. Additional experience includes serving as a Retail and Education Specialist at the Seattle Audubon Society from August 2003 to June 2009. Justine holds a degree from Humboldt State University, completed in January 1989.
