Michelle Haycox

Michelle Haycox is a seasoned Business System Analyst with extensive experience in retail and IT. Currently, Michelle has been with PCC Community Markets since March 2018, focusing on multiple projects and various business systems, including retail, financial, and supply chain domains. Prior to this role, Michelle spent over a decade at Sur La Table, where responsibilities included serving as an IT Business Analyst and Store Operations Coordinator, along with developing systems training programs. Michelle's career began at Macy's in various roles, including Store Trainer and Gift Customer Service. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Western Washington University.
