Rodney Hines

Rodney Hines has extensive experience in leadership and community engagement, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Metier Brewing Company since January 2018, while also holding a position as a Board Member at PCC Community Markets since May 2021. Hines provides consulting and strategic advisory services as a self-employed professional since August 2020. Prior to current roles, Hines spent over four years at Starbucks in various leadership positions, including Director of City Strategy and Director of US Social Impact, where responsibilities included developing strategies for store openings in underserved communities and leading cross-functional teams. Hines's career began with Microsoft, overseeing corporate community affairs, and later roles in public policy consulting and community organizing. Hines earned a degree from Bates College between 1983 and 1987.
