Maribel Hernandez

Maribel Hernandez is an experienced customer service professional with a robust background in logistics. Currently serving as the Customer Service Manager at PCC Logistics since December 2021, Maribel previously held roles as Customer Service Supervisor and Customer Service Specialist, responsible for scheduling appointments and managing container yard inventory reports. Prior to this, Maribel worked at Konoike from November 2006 to December 2021 as an Assistant Customer Service Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing a customer service team for high volume accounts and facilitating USDA import and export inspections. Maribel holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from El Camino College.
