Ben Monson

Ben Monson is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in product development and optimization. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at PCC Structurals, Inc. since April 2016, Ben has held various roles including Engineering Program Manager and Product Engineer. Prior experience includes positions as a Contract Design Engineer at ESCO Corporation, where Ben contributed to the Crushing Products team's global product support, and as a Contract Engineer at Oregon State University, assisting in the development of a natural gas compression vehicle. Ben's previous roles at ESCO Corporation and Papé further demonstrate expertise in design and maintenance within mining and rental maintenance sectors. Ben holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Energy Systems Engineering from Oregon State University.
