Rachel Negley

Rachel Negley has extensive experience in early childhood education and business ownership, currently serving as the Independent Owner of Negleyville Academy since 2018 and as the Owner of Negleyville since December 2011. Rachel has worked in various teaching roles, including a full-time teacher and now a substitute teacher at PCCEO HEAD START since March 2009, along with prior teaching positions at multiple preschool and daycare institutions. Rachel also owned Rachel's Day Care Home from March 2004 to October 2005. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education obtained from Parkland College, coupled with continued education.
