Tomoss D. is currently the Director of Customer Experience at PCCI GROUP, bringing 20 years of local and international experience in marketing, sales, and operations strategies. With a strong background in setting up new projects and transitioning organizations, Tomoss has held various leadership roles within PCCI GROUP since 2011, progressing from Group Marketing Manager to VP Sales & Marketing. Additionally, Tomoss co-founded Samalife in 2019 and has held other positions in esteemed companies such as FOXKIDS and Millicom International Cellular. Tomoss holds a Master of Business Administration from Universite Polytechnique de l'Afrique de l'Ouest and a Master of Management & E-business from Université Paris Est Créteil.
