Brad Hartstein

Brad Hartstein joined PCCP in 2022 and is responsible for new originations for PCCP’s debt and equity platforms. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Hartstein spent 15 years in commercial real estate lending as a senior loan originator for Wells Fargo, PNC Bank and most recently U.S. Bank. As a senior loan originator, Mr. Hartstein originated and managed over $3 billion in commercial real estate loans, subscriptions lines of credit and large corporate unsecured facilities to a variety of commercial real estate companies located in Southern California and Arizona. Mr. Hartstein received his B.S. in Economics from New York University.
