The leadership team at PCCP has a long history of experience in the finance and real estate industries. Partners at PCCP have worked as financial analysts, VPs, and senior analysts at various companies including Unico Properties LLC, Maguire Partners, and MetLife. They also have a wide range of educational backgrounds, with degrees in finance, mechanical engineering, real estate finance, and business administration and finance from Boston College, CSU Northridge, and the University of Southern California.
