Shantele Rugber

Shantele Rugber has extensive experience in vendor management and telecommunications, currently serving as Senior Vendor Manager for Digital Operations (Global) at PCCW GLOBAL Limited since August 2016, where responsibilities include developing workflows and tools for off-net quotes and managing vendor cost analysis. Previously held roles include Senior Vendor Manager for Africa at PCCW Global, Senior Manager of Wholesale Carrier Services at Cell C, and various positions at Vodacom, including Commercial Manager focusing on revenue analysis. Earlier experience at WDS and Telkom encompasses customer operations, financial services, and interconnect agreements management.
